When will my order ship?

Orders ship from our US stock within 1–3 business days. You’ll get tracking by email as soon as yours is on its way.

How much is shipping?

Standard US shipping is free on orders of $70 or more. Rates for smaller orders, and for Express, are calculated at checkout.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet. We ship to US addresses only.

Can I return something?

Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number to start a return.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds go to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the return.

What if something arrives damaged or stops working?

If it arrives damaged or stops working under normal use, contact us with your order number and a photo. We’ll replace it or refund it.

Where do your specifications come from?

From the manufacturer’s documentation for the exact units we stock. If a number can’t be verified, we leave it out.
